However, they also have a “Copyright Policy” page, which is a little bit confusing, because how they can realize which one of their users downloaded or uploaded any copyright protected material if they claim that they do not log any of the above information. It doesn’t make sense, right?
So, I decided to reach out to them via live chat, and ask them about this question I had in my mind, but every time I asked this question in a different and more transparent way, they sent me a link to their privacy policy or copyright policy on their website. Although, I’ve read these pages before, I’ve decided to read them one more time, but my question still remained unanswered, and it was clear that the support agent does not have any answer to this question! So, we got a little bit skeptic about their new zero-log policy. For frequent torrent users, this isn’t the most ideal situation. When it comes to a VPN, trust is the most important factor.
